I went ahead and signed up for the free trial. Canceled it the same day when I used it and didn’t like it. After the trial they charged me for the premium subscription. Emailed them for a refund the same day and they denied my refund. All when it was the website that didn’t work. Trash app and trash customer support.

It was saying lost connection and I paid my monthly subscription and you guys took my money for a whole month

I paid for the membership and it’s constantly down and not working. right now i tried to use it and it has been down for the past two days and unable to use yet they took my money. do not get it.

Not what I expected
I created an account with my email and paid for the premium. The site always reports issues, and I can’t log in. The app doesn’t allow login with my email, so I haven’t been able to use my premium since the day I purchased it.

SCAMMED ME FOR A MONTHLY PLAN AND ASKED ME TO PAY TWICE FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION. Still didn’t get the folder I wanted to save.
