About

Your everyday TV controls, close at hand. • Open favorite TV apps from your phone on compatible TVs. • Switch supported HDMI inputs for your set-top box, console or computer. • Manage app and HDMI shortcuts on the remote home screen. • Use direction keys, volume, mute and other controls supported by your TV. • Choose light, dark or system appearance. Standby wake-up On compatible TVs with network standby enabled, an app shortcut can wake the TV before opening the app. Wake-up depends on the model and network settings and cannot turn on a TV disconnected from power. Control Center On iOS 18 or later, add Mute, TV Power or a favorite app to Control Center. Available actions depend on your paired TV. Local-network control Connect your phone and TV to the same home network and complete the pairing steps shown on screen. No account is required. The app does not read or upload TV screen content or audio. Screen casting to your TV Cast your iPhone screen and capturable app audio over the same local network. Install Just Cast on a supported Android TV running Android 12 or later; some older receiver versions are named Just Remote. Start from the Cast button and confirm the system screen broadcast. You can stop on your phone or TV. Screen and audio stay on your local network. Protected content and system capture restrictions may prevent capture. Compatibility Pairing and available controls vary by TV model. App shortcuts require the TV to expose its installed apps; HDMI switching and standby wake-up are not available on every model. A TV appearing in discovery does not guarantee it can be controlled. Experimental support is identified in the app. If a function fails, use Settings to report the problem. Free, no ads, no subscription No advertisements or subscription are required to use the remote. Crash reporting and optional operation records After you accept the Terms and Privacy Policy, Sentry crash and error reporting is enabled. It sends redacted error information, device and app information, and an installation-level identifier to help diagnose failures. This is separate from the optional operation-record setting. Sending operation records to the developer is off by default. You can enable it in Settings and turn it off again. These records include operation results, error codes and timing; they do not include TV screen content or audio. See the Privacy Policy for the data fields and processing details. Just Remote is an independent third-party app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any television manufacturer.
