After a rough night, Just Reps can notice. If you slept under 5.5 hours, a quiet card appears on the home screen: "Rough night. Rest day?" One tap to take it. Dismiss to skip. Toggle it off under Settings → Health & Activity. Applied a goal suggestion? The advisor waits 7 days before recommending another change for the same exercise. Walking steps no longer suppress the rest day option. If you've been walking but haven't logged reps, the rest day card now appears as expected. Streak numbers in the Pulse tab and the streak summary sheet now match the counter on the home screen.
More
