Not worth the money

I switched to the premium account for parental control issues. It’s not worth the money at all. The customer service is horrible. I asked a question about the dashboard because it doesn’t provide much information. I received an email with my screenshot and a red arrow pointing to an icon. That’s it.
Besides the customer service, kids can easily navigate around the “parental controls”. Total waste of $20 for premium.
