Scum!

I won a set that was supposed to include a table and six children’s chairs. However, when I went to pick it up, there were only the chairs in the box — no table.
The person who wrote the description could clearly see that the box contained only small chairs and no table, yet the listing still said that the set “appears new.”
I wasted gas driving there, spent an hour on the road, and waited another 30 minutes at the warehouse, only to leave empty-handed. This was a complete waste of my time and money. Very disappointing and misleading.

Having an appointment with JustBid is basically meaningless.

Their QR-code check-in system does not work properly, so even customers with confirmed appointments are forced to stand in a physical line for over an hour just to get into the electronic queue. On my visit, a huge number of customers were waiting outside the building in the sun.

If you offer scheduled appointments, customers should not have to spend an hour or more waiting just to check in. People plan their work and other responsibilities around these appointments.

The app and the entire appointment/check-in process need serious improvement. Until JustBid can make its QR check-in system reliable and actually respect scheduled appointment times, the customer experience is extremely frustrating.

Terrible experience. Not worth the hassle.

Honestly, one of the most frustrating auction services I’ve used.

First of all, they don’t actually refund your money for returned items, they give you points/store credit instead. So basically, even when there’s a problem with the item, your money stays trapped in their system.

The pickup process is absolutely ridiculous. Everything is by appointment, which would be fine if appointments actually meant anything. You show up at your scheduled time and still end up waiting forever. What exactly is the point of making customers book a specific time if you’re going to make them stand around and wait anyway?

And the item descriptions are another problem. Items are frequently listed as “new” when they very clearly are NOT new. If something has been opened, used, returned, damaged, or shows obvious signs of handling, stop calling it new. That’s misleading.

Between the endless waiting, questionable item descriptions, and a refund policy designed to keep your money inside their platform, the whole experience feels incredibly customer-unfriendly.

I’ve given this service multiple chances, and somehow every visit manages to be more annoying than the last.

If you value your time, your money, and accurate product descriptions, stay away.

??

Don’t download this app I feel like I wouldn’t recommend. There are some “hidden” fees in the bidding part and then when you win a bid, you have to pick it up by a certain date and make an appointment. But what’s the point in that if sometimes all the dates are booked and you can’t pick up your items so you just bought stuff you can’t even pick up. I feel like if we used our money on it we should be able to pick it up regardless.
