Great idea but not intuitive
Everything in the app that you would want to do says “click here to watch a video to learn how to use this feature” but no video plays. Why should I have to watch a video on how to add a simple reminder within an app anyway? That’s not intuitive. A simple clickable plus sign would be perfect and reasonable to gain quick access to a note feature, but there isn’t anything like that. I don’t know why something so obvious for intuitive design for a note taking app would not be present. I understand needing to learn how an app functions and the app starts off great with a short walk through but then falls off with tutorial videos that don’t open and no simple intuitive in app features. I don’t have time to go hunting down answers online for how to use an app, so this is a no go for me. I do love the overall idea and think these points could be easily resolved by tweaks to development, so I leave a neutral star review. I may come back to this app in the future if I find any amount of time to devote to learning the simplest of in app tasks.

Service is great; app not so much.
The service is seriously outstanding on the web/desktop. It has every feature one could need, just could use more polish on the UI/UX side of things. The app however is severely lacking. The iPhones top bar is completely white when in the app with white text for the time, battery bar, signal strength indicator, etc which makes it impossible to see and visually jarring. On top of this, the Share Sheet doesn't work. It opens a completely different app when trying to share to it.
