First they ask you to take a free plan, actually nothing is free, the free plan is of no use, there is absolutely any visibility with that plan whatsoever even to check if it’s worth paying for a paid plan,once you have the free plan they start calling you 10 times a day for a paid plan, if you don’t want to pay, they start to threaten you to close the profile even on google showing business is shut down, very unprofessional experience with this company.

I have been receiving abusive calls forcing to buy premium after registering my business on JD they are asking to buy premium to receive enquiry calls but they won’t assure how many calls they will provide. They are selling product which provides calls but not assure the amount of calls received if not received no compensation or refund is provided

Don’t buy any packages from just dial. They will mark ecs on your card/ bank, if you want to discontinue they force to continue the package for 1 year or give 3 months notice otherwise ecs will continue to debited.
Their sales team show you leads coming to existing business. But all leads are irrelevant. All marketing persons example banks, job seekers etc are searching on just dial. You will become made answering irrelevant calls.

At the time of onboarding, your Relationship Manager did not inform us about the mandatory 3-month prior notice period for stopping ECS. Had this condition been clearly communicated to us, we would not have opted for the ECS plan, especially considering the quality of service received.
We would also like to highlight that we are extremely dissatisfied with the leads provided. Nearly 90% of the leads are irrelevant and not related to our business requirements, which defeats the purpose of subscribing to the Supreme package.
Further, during our telephonic conversation, Ms. Komal informed us that our advance payment would be forfeited. However, this condition was never explained or documented clearly at the time of sale. We request clarification on:
Why the forfeiture of advance has been mentioned now
Why these critical terms were not transparently shared before onboarding
It appears that the focus was only on selling the package rather than explaining the complete terms and conditions, which is highly disappointing and unprofessional.

Big scam, justdail is a money trap, I have started travels at pilgrims city still no customers from justdail but they deduct money from your account every month even if you want to stop you can’t because they will took the access and even customer care people will not respond if you want to stop money deduct from your bank. Total waste of 30k

I have been Just dial business partner with my practice since 2021.
However this time I am requesting since April to Just dial and their ECS department to stop my ECS as I have closed my practice here.
ECS department employees are cutting call on my face month on month and saying on call that this is the last month of your ECS on every call. But every month they are deducting money from my Bank Account. This is literally fraud
I have raised my issues to many Customer service executives also but no resolution has provided. Nilesh Prajapati was the last person from customer support team, who also could not help me.
I have given my bank account access to just dial and now they are just deducting money on their will.
This is literally pulling money and fraud at its highest level.
I am on my way to bank and Consumer court as I have all call recordings also.
I will make sure to put this on each and every social media channel.
