迅速な対応でとても満足です。

iPhoneのディスプレイに黒いスポットが出たため、ディスプレイ交換の費用を保険請求しました。このような場合でも保険金が支払われるのか不安でしたが、申請後すぐに連絡があり、メールで数回やり取りした後、保険金が振り込まれました。迅速な対応で非常に助かりました。

前までは1度アプリを開けばずっと起動した状態(？)になっていましたが、アップデートされてからこまめに開かなくてはならなくなった気がします( ･-･̥ )スコアが段々下がっていて悲しいです、

起動後に表示されるトップページが保険の広告。安全スコアの確認作業が大変になりました。安全スコアの確認頻度で保険料の値引き額が左右されるので、わざと面倒にしたのでしょうか？

コロナ等でお世話になりましたので、星3ですが、
今回届いた更新内容があまりにも酷いので解約します

■更新前の保障内容
入院の開始日が2022年4月6日以前
入院一時保険金：10万円

入院の開始日が2022年4月7日以降
入院一時保険金：1万円

■更新後の保障内容
保険期間中に発生した一泊二日以上の入院について、下記の通りといたします。
入院一時保険金：1万円
