FIASCO DE SERVICIO!!

Totalmente una burla de servicio, cómo pueden estar cobrando algo que dice que llegara en 20min y después de hacer la compra aparece que tienes que esperar más de una hora, sin mencionar que el soporte no da solución ya que se basan que la entrega está dentro del rango. Ni para eliminar la cuenta sirve!! Están igual que el presidente que tienen, TOTALMENTE INOPERANTE!!

Pésimo soporte

Justo no se hace responsable de nada. El local se equivoca o incluso no manda el pedido y Justo no ofrece soporte alguno. El que hace la entrega se roba el pedido y no llega, solo te mandan a contactar al local. Y el local culpa a la App o al repartidor. Pésimo el servicio cuando ocurre algún problema con el pedido.

Todo bien al comprar. Luego te estresa lo lento del seguimiento

Una vez que compra, el sitio de seguimiento es lentisimo. Esto pasa tanto en la version web como en la app. No es problema de mi internet. Pasa tanto en 4G como en la conexion de internet de la casa Entel Fibra 600
