useless which is a shame as the features via the touch sensors on the earbuds are too easy to disconnect - pause etc by accident. Expected more from JVC!
Useless, doesn't work!
Don't bother downloading!! A complete waste of effort! Doesn't find my HA-A7T buds, no matter what I try! They connect fine on their own to my iPhone and to my iPad, but neither this nor the other JVC "headphones manager" app recognises them.

The last update was 3 years ago, the HA-S36W is apparently not supported, either update this so it supports the existing models or pull it from the Apps Store, supporting just two models is a joke.

This app is completely useless, doesn’t connect with my JVC wireless headphones despite them being on and connected to the Bluetooth on my phone. Don’t download this app it’s a waste of your time.
Does not work with HA-XC90T
App is unable to connect to already paired earphones. Development and support seems to have been abandoned 8 months ago. No update since then.

I am disappointed in the sound quality of the BT JVC Sprint headphones I bought and hoped this app would allow for some adjustment of the bass. However, as everyone else is saying the app doesn’t even work. It doesn’t recognize the headphones I have connected to my phone. Just delete this from the App Store if you aren’t going to fix it.
