JVS English School

JVS Nursery School was started in the year 1969 with a single teacher and a few children. JVS Primary School was started in the year 1976 with the establishment of JVS Education Society which was registered under the Karnataka Society Registration Act. Science then it has grown over a period of time with the addition of necessary classrooms and building. The aim of the Society has been to provide quality education at affordable fees in order to meet the educational needs of lower and middle-income groups of society. With the growth of the primary school on expected lives, high school was started in the year 1995, having laid a strong foundation and necessary infrastructure, it was decided to start JVS and JVS PU College in the year 2009. The endeavor of the management of JVS Education Society has been to assemble a team of dedicated and committed teaching faculty who will form the backbone of academic activities in the School. It is heartening to note that with the growth and all-round development of the school, the present strength of the institution has grown to around 50 members of teaching faculty and student’s strength of around 1200. The School has adopted advanced teaching with an inclusive curriculum. The institution has got a well-equipped computer lab, library, scientific laboratories, high technology smart class, ERP solutions, and has excelled in co-scholastic activities. It is a pleasure to note that our students have participated in sports activities in State and National Levels. The aim of the institution has been to nurture the all-round development of the child and bring out the best in each of them.
