Many friends are saying it isn't working. I looked at the website and saw that it is no longer there!

Great app but...
This is a great app but it keeps breaking up, which takes something away from the meeting and that is not what Jehovah's Witnesses want. If somebody could look at that it would be lovely.

Surprisingly Good
I enjoy using this App on my IOS device when I’m sick. The sound is clear and understandable. Except, when bad weather hits. The WIFI goes all which way, only then do I loose a Signal.
I also have it on my ROKU, which allows me to see the lyrics of the songs, videos and pictures. Plus, hopefully soon LIVE VIDEO, which will be Great, many elderly and disabled who are able to be made to feel a little part of things. This will be on the ROKU App - (only) True without a shadow of doubt, a banquet of provisions from Jehovah God.
I did try to find a MUTE BUTTON in Settings, it’s not there. And when, one is sick with a cold, there’s coughing & blowing of one’s nose, For example ...having a MUTE BUTTON would save anyone from having to hear that in a large audience. I do HARDLY AGREE a MUTE BUTTON Needs to be the 1st thing on the Agenda in the next UPDATE. Otherwise, it brings much Joy to those who use it Regularly. So glad, I’m able to use it. Keeps me Spiritually focused. Thanks.

Tryed to get on this it turns red says incorrect pin no sound.Frustratedneed help

I have no problem whatsoever with this app. Works perfectly so far. I don’t have to put PIN number every times I use it.
Horrible app
1. It disconnects by itself during the meeting. 3-5 times. It does not connect back. I had to do it manually. I got lost through the book reading because it took a while to connect it myself.
2. LIMITED NUMBER OF LISTENERS!
We were both ill and we wanted to listen to the program. None of us could connect to the app or even call the number due to the maximum of people listening to the meeting. We were really sad. :(
is that a normal thing? Or was it like an occasional problem with the app?
That would be super sad if we couldn't benefit from the spiritual food because of some number of people restriction.

Not good
My Congregastion used to use LiveKH which had video & also recorded the last meeting so if I missed a meeting I could watch it up to a week latter. This app is rubbish. Sounds like a phone call, no video, no recordings. In fact it’s totally pointless on my iPhone as I can just call the tie line number & use the pin without the app. Totally pointless & I'm disappointed.

Not working
Just stopped working on Sunday - tried logging in again today and it’s still not allowing me to log b in even though all the details are correct - is there an error with the app??

This app isn’t working on any of our iOS devices? Is something wrong? We have deleted it and redownloaded it and still nothing 🤷🏽♀️
Works well! Here’s an explanation of buttons
At first I was frustrated trying to figure out how to use this but to anyone who also has a little trouble at first, don’t give up and don’t be afraid to push lots of buttons. There are only 4 on my iPhone.
The first 3 are sound related
1. The cast button (looks like a TV) - makes your sound come from alternate devices. Does not work well with Bluetooth in my experience.
2. Speaker/headphone gives the option to listen on speaker or on headphone or holding cell phone to your ear.
3. The settings button. This is where you make sure your telephone numbers and pin are correct and you add the number of listeners. KHconf formatted the numbers for me. All my settings are off, btw.
4. The “call” button. This was frustrating for me but I figured it out.. ready? You have to push the button twice. Push it once, it turns yellow. If you don’t push it again within about 2 seconds it goes dark. But if you push it the second time while it’s still yellow it goes green and voila!! You’re connected!!

Multiple connections
Would it be possible to enter more than one congregation I listen between 2 on one it app other phone line would be super if both on app .
It’s due to illness and flexibility is good so I don’t miss out the meetings.
Otherwise Great App easy and useful just add multiple connection. Thanks
