Dogggg shhhhiiiitttt app cant log in Thu app have to go Thu website after years there still nothing done which is crazy

I absolutely hate this app and company, every other day it has to be updated but it won’t let me update it and when I delete to redownload it still won’t work, it was clearly made by a Child just hitting a keyboard. They really need to fix it but they don’t care. Also have had to recheck notifications but still never get one when my balance is low.

Who keeps paying these people to develop apps and software that is plagued with disfunction? Give someone a job that deserves it.

Love this app
I love that I don’t have to drive to the power bill building to pay my power bill. It’s very convenient to pay online anytime and it updates immediately after paying. I’m surprised of all the negative report cuz I’ve been using this app for over a year without any problems at all. I also like how I can sign in with my fingerprint and also pay my bills with my fingerprint as well. Like I said, it’s very convenience. Love it!

This ap is the worst I’ve ever down loaded. I wanted to use it for easy bill pay for electric bill. So I downloaded the ap; then it took me to the login site but there’s no where I can find where it lets you create your user is and password. WORTHLESS AP!
