JWT is one of the best things I did for myself to get motivated, highly recommend it to everyone. The app is so easy to use, I love that everything is in one spot including meal plans, food diary, workout program, step tracker, cook with me videos and the list goes on. I especially love that the meal plans can be easily added to your food diary and a grocery list which makes shopping so easy. On JWT I’ve seen amazing results with simple meals.

I’ve been using the JWT app since it began and it’s so much more than just a meal plan. There are workouts, a habit tracker, extra recipes, step tracker and the list goes on. What I really love is how Jamie personalizes everything to suit you and your goals and is always there with support when you need it. The community hub is such a bonus too - everyone’s so encouraging and it really helps to keep you motivated! Highly recommend the app!
