Cuando voy a crear un usuario me dice error en la solicitud de red y no deja crear el usuario… además, si le doy en saltar acceso se devuelvo, por lo tanto no la he podido usar

It’s really great for fitness. But, I understand why many people rated it so poorly. Here is a helpful tip: in the manual when it lists the name of the device, the name is most likely wrong. So when you click “bind device” in the app, try every single device it lists except the ones that say TV. You’ll know it’s your device when it confirms with you you want to pair with the smart-band. I was so glad when I finally paired my phone with my smart-band because I was able to fix the time since it was completely wrong. After doing these steps, the smart-band was great for my experience!

Worst service from the customer service app is not working and device is not connecting at all I have tried several times
Login in issues.
I was using Jyou app and the smart watch for the longest time and my watch broke so I delete the app and now that I fixed my watch and tri to sync the watch with my iPhone. It will not let me sign into the app. It keeps giving me user login failed. I register with a new account and it still gives me the same message and now I can’t even contact the company to help.

Apaga o app e baixa dnv, coloca em China, não faz login, da logo Skip e vai aparecer pra “conectar o bluetooth” você aceite, dps da skip dnv até entrar. (Funcionou desse jeito pra mim, fiz esse método 2 vezes e deu certo).
