The app in itself is great however for some reason when I change phones the chat room feature banned me from commenting. To my knowledge, I never broke the rules but I remain banned. So I listen without interacting

I agree with you about this app a lot but times I get the same problem I listen between 5:30 am to 11:00 am the apps gives a stream off line message or freezes up. I've even email the radio station about it multiple times and haven't received not one response.
Not consistently available.
The app does not work a lot of the time. As I write this comment, it's not working and has been down for the last 5 days. I listen mainly between 9 and 11:00 during the week. This is when it goes down the most.
