App doesnt show me live view

I can’t connect the dash cam to the phone. I tried all different ways and still can’t. Fix this!

Works locally but not on the phone
This seemed like a great product but live previews absolutely don’t work. As well as viewing the playback on app album will not load. Tech support email me to get this resolved.

iPhone 16 pro, this dash cam will not connect to WIFI settings, so there is no way to view on my phone and the screen is so small I can only view one camera at a time. Please hire someone to fix this problem.
