Missed item.
Ordered 2 x chicken and chips and a small chips. The small chips wasn’t in the bag, went back to ask for them and they argued that we only ordered 2 chips when it clearly showed on the receipt that there should be 3. Then tried saying the small chips was added in tray with one of the chicken and chips and refused to give us the other chips. There was definitely not 2 portions in one and who does that even if there was?? This is the third time they’ve got something wrong and refused to rectify it. No more chances. Just rude and incompetent.
