Easy ordering at any location & reward redemption
I love that I can quickly pick the location I want to order from and have my drink ready when I get there. My drink is ALWAYS ready by the time they say it will be. The reward redemption is a nice set up and I like being able to use the rewards on my own when ordering through the app verses having them do it at the register. It just seems really efficient. The way ordering is set up, my customizations are easy to make as well.

Selecting your birthdate is ridiculous
I had to tap the back arrow 750 times to get back to 1958 to set my birthdate. There’s got to be an easier way. Also, it’s pretty upsetting that I just found out yesterday that all my visits since you launched the app weren’t receiving reward points. I don’t recall receiving any notification of this change. Should also have better point of purchase signage relaying this information.
