Best education at home
I love this app to check my son homework and assignments,
We use the computer most of the time, but sometimes we are traveling and is very helpful to be able to check his assignments and homework.
We are very pleased with the school online he is really striving, totally different than all his struggles with mortar and brick high school

Doesn’t work
It would be so beneficial if this app actually worked. It used to years ago when it first came out. Now it is pointless.
Not functional
The app isn’t functional, point blank period. I can’t even log in. I have updated, reinstalled, everything I can think of. The app does not allow me to log in, which has become troublesome as it’s the only device I can access my son’s school account on now. Fix your app please!
App not working!
I have had more issues with this app not working and letting me log in my child’s attendance for 4 days at a time sometimes. This needs to be fixed immediately.
Horrible
The app is fine when it does work. Every time I go to log attendance or check the schedule nothing loads. I have to close out and restart the app probably 10 times before everything loads and I can access all the areas

First of all, why is this app so annoying it gives me a lot of homework. I wanna get out of this app. It’s so annoying. Well, I’m sorry but like you give us too much homework classes. I’m tired of it too much homework. I have like a lot now all because of you give me every single day but like I don’t want those homework, you’re making it even annoying you think you’re making it helpful no you are just making me annoyed and annoyed and annoyed. Just please stop it and first of all I want to get out of school so annoying K-12 like I want to go to public school why would you be homeschool? I wanna be in public school with friends you can actually meet like oh my God

terrible..
at first i was excited to do online learning. but they made it so difficult by going through third party websites without clear information, and make it to where its overall hard to get things done. some of the tests are unfairly graded, and arent even looked over. if you email a teacher, when and IF they respond, youll think its helpful when its not.

Login doesn’t work
I think I was able to log in once or twice. I put in login info and press login and nothing happens, not loading, no wrong info, no error. It’s like I didn’t push anything. It’s always been like this. I have no idea how to log in.
K12 online process doesn’t make sense. There are too many portals for this. Parent, coach, registration. It’s alldifferent and not user friendly or intuitive. The minds who organized k12 portals should not be organizing things.

Impossible to log in
After an update a few months ago I have been unable to log in on my iPhone. After multiple password resets it still doesn’t work. It’s been months. Is a fix on the way?
Issues
I keep running into issues where the iPhone application can’t load any information about my kids classes or schedules etc. I just see this spinning icon in the middle of my screen after logging in and selecting their name. Eventually it times out. Ive tried logging in on 5 different iPhones and have the same issue. I’ve also tried doing it with each iPhone connected to my home wifi vs using the mobile 5g data. When it works, its great! But over the past several months it’s hit and miss for me. I usually just have to login using my phone browser to see their schedules and grades. Seems like its an issue between the application and the back end or however the app pulls the data.

So slow…..
It takes ages to do anything on here. I cant update my own attendance sometimes. So bad, fix it.
I wish the issues would be corrected
It has very useful tools and easy to navigate but it has horribly slow response times, attendance can be documented and I’ll have to do it again the very next day because it doesn’t save. Many days I get logged out and then it won’t let me back in until I delete the entire app and redownload it. This is the second year with all the same issues. Too many error codes and freezing loading screens. Hopefully these issues can be repaired, since I see by other reviews everyone is dealing with the same problems.

Only works 50% of the time
Slow to open. Slow to respond. You would think the people who are educating our children through K-12 would be finding a way to make technology work. The concept is great. But it’s not a helpful tool half of the time.
Can’t log in
Using my same username and password that I created the account with, I keep getting an error username or password not correct. I change the password; when signing in I get the same error. Why have an app that you can’t sign in to!? Not worth it and I can never get in touch with support for help.
Super Slow App
The app itself when it works works, but the app is really super slow to load up. Anything I go to check the schedule and it takes a very long time to load up. I would say 2 to 3 minutes should show you one schedule for all of your children rather than having a switch between children, I feel like that would be more beneficial to be able to look at all of the children things at one time if you have multiple children.

The app only works about 20% of the time and the rest I can’t even log in! Please optimize it better thank you.

Great Home School Program
We really in joy the program for home schooling. The teachers are really nice and will respond to messages after school hours. The app is easy to use. The program provides all the tools needed for schooling, including laptop. Would recommend Highpoint virtual K12 home school program to everyone with school age kids. This program even offer school field trips. 5 stars all around.

Fix it please
I love the App when it works, for the past week it asks for me to log in. But I can’t it won’t allow me too. Even if I uninstall it and install it again. Please fix it. It’s really helpful when it works.
Bad app
This app is not good at all, I have to delete the app , reinstall and then login. It’s so frustrating.
