No option to activate purchased key

I have purchased Ultimate Infinity (lifetime), but there is no option to activate. Only two options are available 1. Trial version for a week 2. Yearly subscription. There is no option to activate, for those who have already purchased Ultimate Infinity version.

Bought 1 year subscription from k7 website and received license key however in app there is no option for activation showing only 2 options either go for trial or buy 1 year subscription again, please look into it and let me know how can I activate already bought subscription from app
