K9Codex: K9 Training Logs

K9Codex is training management software for professional working-dog teams. Handlers can build structured training logs from the field, attach photos and videos, capture GPS track details, manage scent profiles, and keep records organized by dog, handler, location, and training type. Trainers and supervisors can review sign-off queues, see certification dates and rolling scent requirements, manage team roles, and export organized reports from the same shared record. FAST FIELD TRAINING LOGS Capture results, duration, conditions, notes, media, training aids, and GPS details while the session is still fresh. Offline queueing protects a log when the connection drops and syncs it when service returns. ONE RECORD FOR EVERY K9 Keep profiles, handler assignments, scent profiles, certifications, notes, photos, training history, and field activity connected to the right working dog. TEAM REVIEW WITHOUT THE SPREADSHEET CHASE Search and filter training history, send records through supervisor sign-off, review changes, and export reports without rebuilding the same information in another file. TRAINING REQUIREMENTS IN VIEW See assigned scents, recent finds, rolling training windows, certification dates, and the work that needs attention. K9Codex organizes the record; agency policy and certification authorities still set the requirements. ORGANIZATION ACCESS AND ACCOUNT CONTROL K9Codex supports organization-based access, role-aware screens, in-app support tickets, Face ID app locking, verified in-app account deletion, and iOS seat subscriptions through Apple's in-app purchase system.
