When you open the app, it pauses any system audio you have playing. If you purchase a Kaady subscription, you get to experience this interruption every day!
Also, the app looks like a tech demo for a Palm Pilot. It technically does work though.

Bad user interface, shady practices
Cannot turn off auto renewal of subscription in the app. If you have one card in file, Cannot remove a card in the app (only add). Must do these things by phone or email.
Unusable
App allowed me to create an account. Then upon completion of the form, asked me to sign in which I couldn’t do. Checked my email to see if I needed to activate my account, no email from Kaady. Couldn’t log in with the account I had just created. Now I can’t even make a new account or delete the existing one.

The app does give you a way to cancel your subscription. Also, there’s no phone number. You need to send an email and hope they respond quickly. I will not subscribe again.

Unnecessarily mutes/pauses audio
I like saving on my car washes, and this app does that as well as it needs to but it really bugs me that every time I open the app it mutes /pauses my podcasts or music. There’s no reason why this app should have anything to do with the audio on my phone or in my car.

Glitches
Switches to old subscriptions, have to call support to add active subscriptions to the correct vehicle profile.
Exceptional Carwash but they make a 3 year olds day!
I purchase the monthly Wash Club because I own a dog sitting business and my car tends to get dirty pretty often. I also have a three year-old grandson who thinks coming to the car wash absolutely the best thing ever! He never tires of it. The absolute best part for him however, is when we come they’re customer service is so unbelievably sweet and kind, that they’re willing to draw a smiley face on his window which he looks forward to every single time we come! Small little gestures like that make me a customer for life. Keep hitting the ball out of the park Kaady car wash!!!
