Terrible app
It seems the app isn’t communicating between passengers and drivers. Disappointing
Buns
This app is straight up awful. The timings are never right and the bus comes whenever it wants. The app is super glitchy, takes forever to load, and half the time doesn’t even work properly. Just frustrating to use.
Terrible app
The app is very laggy, the address is are most in Arabic only the numbers are in English and I am not in Arabic speaker so it is really difficult for me to understand. Then the app says that the on-demand bus is let's say six and I wait for the bus but a bus with a different number comes and goes and then it tells me that you have missed your bus so they're booking one bus and sending another the numbers are not corresponding. Rebap was a better app

App is Malfunctional
Horrible, buggy piece of junk! Why switch from an already-stable version of an app (rekab) to this? Location of driver fails to update properly, driver is stationary but time still ticks down then proceeds to “pick you up” even when you are NOT in the bus, and the added delay makes it impossible to secure a ride in under 30 seconds. Finally, customer service did not take any of my feedback over phone and insisted WhatsApp.

Slow and unreliable
Sometimes it takes over a minute for the app to open, and requesting a ride often takes so long to confirm that the request ride becomes unavailable. Frequently doesn’t update location of driver so that the app says the driver is 5-10 mins away as they are pulling up to the pick up point. I’ve miss several rides because I didn’t know when the driver was actually going to arrive.

Not accurate
Not accurate at all, I have been waiting in the sun so much and the app kept saying that the driver is 1 minute away. Worst part is that they put a number to call but its a US number that is not even toll free nor approachable. Please return to recab at least it works
