سيئ جدا اولاً تاخير ب الاوردر بشكل مبالغ فيه ثانيا الأكلات ع الصور شكل وعل واقع شكل ثاني وكوالتي ضعيف أبدا ما بنصح فيه
خدمه عملاء سيئه وتفاصيل غير واقعيه

مابتعطوا اي اشي مميز مع عروض كاذبه مكتوب لي توصيل مجاني على اول طلب ومافيه وبحكي مع الكستمر سيرفس برد بعد ساعه و انا بدي افطر والرد بطيء وسيء وبس برد السلام زي البوت يا بتغيرو التطبيق كامل مع سياساته يا بتغيروا ال customer service وثنينهم سيئين ومابتقدموا اييي اشي مميز عن اي تطبيق ثاني بالكره الارضيه وبالعكس اسوء و اتمنى تصلحوا مشاكلكم

Waiting timeee is sooo longggg , it takes at least an hour to arrive

Sorry for the long wait! 🙏 Usually, delivery takes between 20 to 40 minutes. Sometimes restaurants need extra prep time or drivers face traffic delays. We’re working hard to improve and appreciate your patience!🧡

مع الاسف الطلب الاول الي وعندهم والغتى بصراحه رح اشطب التطبيق اذا هيك
