About

Kada helps you build habits that actually stick, with a calm, focused design and numbers you can check. No account, no ads, no noise. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your habits stay on your device. No account, no tracking, no ads, and habit tracking works offline. The only copy that leaves your iPhone is an automatic backup in your own iCloud Drive, which you can turn off. Lock Kada with Face ID or your passcode if you like. When online, Kada may contact Expo to check for app updates. HABITS, YOUR WAY Track simple check-off habits, counters (8 glasses of water), measured goals (run 5 km, read 20 pages) or timed habits (meditate 10 minutes). Schedule them daily, on specific weekdays, or X times per week. APPLE HEALTH, HANDS FREE Link a habit to steps, water, sleep, mindful minutes or exercise, and it checks itself off when you reach the goal. Kada only reads from Health, and that data stays on your device. A TIMER THAT KEEPS RUNNING Start a timer on a timed habit and follow it on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with a Live Activity, even with the app closed. SIRI, SHORTCUTS AND WIDGETS Check off a habit or ask what's left today with Siri and Shortcuts. Widgets on the Home Screen and Lock Screen keep your day in view. LIFE HAPPENS Fix any past day with its exact value, and undo it if you change your mind. Pause a habit for a trip, an illness or a different season: paused days don't count as misses, and your history stays as it is. Streaks also come with a built-in grace day, so one missed day doesn't erase weeks of progress. PROGRESS YOU CAN CHECK Every habit shows its Recent pace: how often you really did it over the last few weeks. Progress says "59 of 74 goals met" instead of a vague percentage. See your week, 15 days, month, year or all time, with a consistency heatmap, a calendar you can drill into and weekday patterns. Every chart can also be read as text. SHARE A MILESTONE Turn a streak, a full day or a good week into a simple card for Messages or Stories. Only the card you pick is shared. CALM BY DESIGN No ads, no manipulative badges, no endless notifications. Just a clear, beautiful view of the person you're becoming. An optional Supporter Pack adds color themes and app icons. Nothing is locked. Kada. Your habits, on your device, for life.

1.4.0

• Siri and Shortcuts: check off a habit or ask what’s left today, without opening Kada. • Apple Health: link a habit to steps, water, sleep, mindful minutes or exercise, and it checks itself off when you reach the goal. • A timer for habits measured in minutes or hours, with a Live Activity on the Lock Screen. • Lock Screen widgets for your day, your next habit and your streak. • Fix any past day with its exact value, or pause a habit for a while without losing your streak. • Clearer progress: goals met shown as real counts, charts you can read as a table, and a “Recent pace” card. • Cards to share a milestone, a complete day or your week. Lock Kada with Face ID, and let it back up automatically to your own iCloud. • iPhone Duo: unfolded, Today, habit details, Progress and Calendar use two panes, and the timer adapts when it’s half open. • Now also in Japanese, Korean and Dutch. • Optional Supporter Pack: a one-time purchase with color themes and app icons, for anyone who wants to support Kada. Nothing is locked.

Very Good App

Probably the best free habit tracker I’ve ever found it has everything that a habit tracking app would have that costs $20+ but it’s free with no ads and has a very attracting design as well
