About

Kade-AI is a companion you talk to — and it's built to be heard. Most apps add accessibility at the end. Kade-AI was built the other way around: for people who navigate by ear and by voice, first. If you use VoiceOver, larger text, or you'd simply rather talk than tap, this app is made for you. TALK, DON'T TYPE. Speak to your companions and hear them answer in a real, natural voice. Whole conversations without ever looking at the screen. MADE FOR VOICEOVER. Screens, buttons, messages, and history are labeled and ordered so your screen reader reads them the way you'd expect — no dead ends, no guessing. YOUR SETTINGS, HONORED. Larger Text, Reduce Motion, and Increase Contrast from iOS carry through the app. Turn them up as far as you need. VOICES WITH CHARACTER. A cast of distinct companions, each with their own voice and personality, so it feels like talking to someone — not a menu. RELIABLE AUDIO. A native audio system keeps your microphone and the companion's voice from stepping on each other, and audio keeps playing when your screen is locked. PRIVATE BY DESIGN. You sign in, your conversations are yours, and nothing is sold. See our privacy policy for exactly what's handled and why. Kade-AI is for anyone who wants a warmer, faster, more human way to use AI — and especially for the blind and low-vision community, who deserve an app that was designed with them in mind from the very first line.

What's New in Kade

2.2.16

October 30, 2026

Kiana, Harley, Della and Lilly have brand-new looks, and if you use the screen they can come alive. Turn on "I use the screen" in Settings, under Accessibility, and their voice messages and calls play as live video of them saying it, like a video message. Between replies they breathe, listen, laugh and think on screen. It costs a little from your balance while the video is on, and it stays off with VoiceOver, Reduce Motion or Low Power Mode, so nobody pays for a picture they can't see. New: the Arcade, under Play. Retro games made playable by ear, with spoken screens, the game's own sounds where they happen, touch, controller and keyboard play, saves, and Add a game for a game file of your own. New: Workspaces, under More. Start, check and stop jobs on your own computer running the Kade AI desktop app. Also: pictures a character makes in a chat now stay in the conversation and open in a viewer you can save from, and the main characters' faces no longer change between their stills and their motion.
