I have never used an app that actually cares about the user experience like this. I send packages constantly but I was sooo tired of running out of the house to pick up more boxes that take up space in my house. Kaebox always bring me the exact size bag I need no matter how my packages change from pick up to pick up!

I regularly order my medications for curbside pick up which usually would be easy for me to get myself but my car is basically immobile at the moment. I wasn't sure how I would get the medicine I need on time every week but I have to say that the Kaebox app is the way to go! I've never been disappointed by a courier yet and they are so careful when dropping off my package which I appreciate.

I received notices every step of the way so I was never left guessing where my package was which I really appreciate! I work from home but don't always hear it when the delivery people cọme so I was relieved when I got a message right away when my delivery came so I could bring it right inside. Great work!

Cọmmunication is KEY
The open cọmmunication with the customer is such a life saver! I can't tell you how many food orders I've had to leave outside of a buidling because the recipient will not answer their phone. With the Kaebox app it is so easy to get in contact with the shipper and get whatever details I need to enter their apartment building! Definitely my favorite delivery app I've worked for.
