Good game. No motivation to play

If you saw my review on your algebra game then you know why I’m here But I know you haven’t because of the stupid automatic response. Also another review was talking about how bad the support is. Anyway I have got almost no motivation to play because I know at any moment the game could crash and wipe all my progress. What if get really far into the game but it wipes all my progress and I have to do all those levels again just to continue. As I said in my other review, fix your game, and please give me an actual response from a real human this time.

Spiel gut, Möglichkeit zum zurücksetzen fehlt

Grundsätzlich finden wir das Spiel total super jedoch stört mich das es keine Möglichkeit zum zurücksetzen gibt. Wenn man das Spiel einmal durch hat, kann man zwar die einzelnen Level immer wieder aufrufen aber der Komplettdurchlauf so wie beim ersten Mal ist einfach nicht möglich. Es wäre schön, wenn ein komplett Reset noch mit eingebaut werden würde.

Furious about subscriptions

This was a wonderful app! We purchased it previously. The change to a subscription model is AWFUL. It’s just a license to drain your bank account for literally the rest of your life. There’s also no option to try without sneakily being made to subscribe — it says try for $0 but it really means ‘forget in a week and we’ll start charging the big bucks.’ An exploitative business model, especially for an education company.

why is my kid building an army?

please take the military mindset out of my kids’ learning. in this game, they’re supposed to go on a quest and gather an army to defeat a monster. the other games (algebra, big numbers and numbers - even chess, which appropriately has battles, doesn’t go so far). this one is hard to get into. the pacing feels unnatural and the story is weak.

Absolutely no help within the app

Thought this app was great at first. But if you get stuck - not even stuck with the geometry - stuck with figuring out what it is asking you to do, you are just stuck. Period. It may have a bug. I have searched the internet for our issue and for some sort of instructions or help. We have turned up a big fat zero, which is what I’m giving this app.
