Purchase not honored, customer support invisible
I purchased DragonBox Numbers via the App Store and was charged immediately. Despite this, I never received access to the product.
I contacted support within minutes of purchase. Seven days later, I still have no access. Support responses (when they exist at all) are slow, generic, and unhelpful — asking me to “restore purchases” repeatedly, despite clear evidence that the purchase exists and the app simply does not grant access.
I have provided the invoice, followed all instructions, and made it clear I want access to the product I paid for, not a refund. Nothing has been resolved. Tickets are closed without confirmation, and follow-ups go unanswered.
This is basic entitlement & permissioning failure, handled poorly. Selling a product, taking payment, and then failing to deliver access — with no meaningful support — is unacceptable.
I would strongly caution anyone considering a purchase until Kahoot fixes both their billing system and customer support.
