Kaia is an AI assistant that runs entirely on your iPhone. No cloud, no account, no trail. Your phone is the server. WHAT KAIA DOES Chat anywhere Ask Kaia for help with writing, ideas, summaries, drafts, explanations. The model lives on your device. The internet is optional. Bring your own search key For questions that need today's web — weather, news, recent events — connect a Tavily or Brave Search key. Their free tiers cover roughly 1,000 to 2,000 searches a month, and your key stays on your device. Off by default. Calendar that understands Ask "what's on my schedule tomorrow?" and Kaia reads from your local calendar — but only when you grant access in Settings, and only on-device. Events never sync to a server. See what you're looking at Attach a photo and ask Kaia about it. Vision runs through Gemma 4, on-device, on the GPU. Distance and directions "How far is downtown?" works without a network. Location + on-device geocoding, no map service round-trip.
