It is ridiculous how much this app goes offline and then you do all the troubleshooting a d call for assistance and you get no help at all. I think I will be not renewing if this keeps up. If I pay my rent and keep your place up I should at least be able to live in comfort or get assistance with something if I need it.

Always offline
I am so tired of the app going offline! I am not able to lock my door or work my ac units, this has to be fixed. I have done all the troubleshooting and replaced batteries and all and I still get the same error messages. Please fix these issues!!
Doorbell camera
Why would Kairos Living turn the camera off ? Someone stole my projector Christmas lights at 116 Santiago Court between eight and 1030. When I move here last year, the camera was working. Since the property has been sold. Security is questioned Kairos is not a safe place to live
