I’ve tried this app 3 separate times over 3 years without success. Errors every time I attempt to login. Reset password does not work. I can view my account on the website but it has nearly zero functionality.
Needs Update
Great except will not accept my Apple Pay and will not save a card on file. Makes it hard for a quick order.

I have discovered this gem of a restaurant and every chance I get to go, I always enjoy the food here. I have been to the Summerville location and the food doesn’t seem to be as good and the atmosphere in the restaurant is not as great as the Mt. Pleasant location. I absolutely love everything I get at the Mt Pleasant location and the atmosphere is amazing. I had never had falafel before, and since I have had them sometimes I just make a special trip to get some because they are so delicious.

kairos is a breath of fresh air in the quick eats category. I appreciate how thoughtful they are with their ingredients. The staff is very friendly and music is on point!

Hi! From my first time going to Kairos. I’ve not only had delicious food but also it’s the AMAZING staff and management that greets me with a smile everyday and remembers who I am! Just like I remember them! There’s not a lot of restaurants that offer both great food but also great service!

Cannot order
App keeps asking me to enter a gift card number at checkout even though I am paying with my card. The app is essentially useless now.

Food is great but I haven’t been able to place an order through the app for months… it never works. And the fact that this issue still isn’t fixed is why I’m rating now a 1 star. I know issues happen but if you refuse to fix it … that’s on you. Horrible app.

Kairos has top notch Mediterranean food, service, and the app is easy to use.
App works just as poorly as the website
Just like their website, you can’t even view the menu unless you put in a zip code or city and state, and they still can’t find a location so that you can view their menu. I’ve used the zip code where our local Kairos is and it still can’t be found. Horrible app and website.
Good restaurant, bad app
I can never complete an order in the app. It always ends up at “something is wrong with your order” but no details about what to correct. I either call in the order or go somewhere else.
