A month, or a year, as one ring The fourth icon in the dial switcher draws a whole month — or a whole year — as a single circle. One ray per day, its length the share of your active window that is committed, its colour whichever event colour covered most of that day. The year is divided by its real days, so February is narrower than March and a leap year is one ray wider. DAYLIGHT The hours between sunset and sunrise are softly shaded right on the 24-hour ring, with a thin mark at each horizon. Its own switch, off by default, 24-hour dial only. When the forecast gave no sunrise or sunset, nothing is drawn: a day we were not told about is not the same as a day without a night. ROUTINES, ONE STEP AT A TIME A checklist can be walked one item at a time, each with its own timer and its own voice. And when starting is the hard part, "Break into steps" proposes three to seven steps with a length each. A proposal, not an order: you choose how many, and they are added to the list you already have rather than replacing it. YOUR PHONE'S CALENDARS The device's own calendars can be drawn faintly on the dial. They are read on the device and never uploaded — the server does not see them. Offered before you even sign up, so the first dial is not empty. A ROUTINE AS A WEB PAGE A saved routine opens as a link in any browser, with its steps, its lengths and its ring. If you want, it can be submitted to the public directory; until then only someone with the link can read it, and search engines are told to skip it. Withdrawing from the directory is instant and needs nobody's permission. A DAY, A MONTH OR A YEAR AS ONE PICTURE The ring saves as an image, with three numbers under it: hours, events, and the percentage of your active window. Event titles never leave the device this way. MEDS × ENERGY A long press on the pill badge shows how many heavy minutes today, and how many of them fall inside the effect window you described yourself. An observation, never a prescription: it moves nothing and scores no day. CYCLE AND ENERGY BUDGET The cycle week can be shaded on the calendar, and what it costs is yours to decide, not the app's. CALMER NOTIFICATIONS Low-pressure mode now reaches notifications too: an offer instead of a task, with no "should" and no "must". The same trip gave every notification four languages instead of two. The mode changes HOW something is said and never whether it is sent — that is still quiet hours and your notification settings. PIN The local PIN now covers the cycle screen as well, not only the emotion diary.
