Not for tourists :(
App is not made for tourists ... only polish citizens are allowed to rent bikes :( ... The app and the complete bike rental system only accepts polish cell phone n• and blocks all non polish residential addresses w/ errors ... these people here really hates foreign (non-polish) people :(
