Great backing rhythm app

Years ago when I started learning to drum on a darabuka I tried finding an Arabic drum machine to use to play a backing rhythm so I could solo on top. The only option was an expensive Arabic keyboard. This app is the next best thing. I had to modify so pre installed rhythm which were slightly incorrect but it’s very a great tool.

Response from developer

Thank you! I will double check rhythms.

Love the rhythms but maybe needs audio export?

As the title says this would be a great 5 star app if it had audio export so I could incorporate these amazing rhythms in other music apps. I would happily pay for that!

Response from developer

Thank you for great feedback and valuable suggestion! I'll definitely consider it for future versions!

Great learning tool

This app is very useful to me as a beginner to help me learn (and keep steady!) the various rhythms.

I only wish playlists could be shared so my drum group can easily share our teacher’s combinations without each of us having to enter all the separate parts (which can get tedious for sets with several, even small, variations).

It would also be quite useful to be able to combine playlists to create new playlists!

Love this app

I love this app - I use it to practice doumbek and to familiarize myself with different drum patterns. You can also create new patterns, control the tempo and more. Belly dancers might find KaKaDum useful as well to learn and practice all the basic beats. I wish there was a library of advanced drum patterns.

The best!

This is the best app hands down. Sadly missing some important features like export/import. But sill the best app out on the App Store! Kudos!
I would GLADLY pay for those features. That would make this a 5 star app. I would also love to host an online library of patterns for you.
