Good bones but room to expand features
This app solves a gap in my kanji study that very few apps solve for - recall. Most kanji apps are designed around recognition of the kanji and tests your ability to recognize its meaning and reading. I’ve been searching for a good resource to help me recall the kanji and make me write it out.
What I would love for this app to improve on is:
1. There is no way for me to practice outside of my reviews. I wish I could free drill the kanjis I’ve already learned to help reinforce them outside of the schedule in the reviews.
2. I wish there was an option for me to drill them in context vs just using the English keyword. For example, using a sentence that showed a missing kanji with the hiragana and asked me to write the kanji.

Great app!
I’ve been trying to learn Japanese for a while now, however never found the resource I preferred. The app is simple, however effective. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to start learning Japanese!
