Kakusu — Hide Faces in Video

Keep the moment. Cover the faces. Kakusu detects faces in videos and covers them with a mosaic or solid fill. Choose a video, review the result, and save a new copy on your iPhone or iPad. AUTOMATIC FACE MASKING Select a video to start face detection and masking. The timeline shows where detection lost a face so you can jump to those moments and check the result. ADD MASKS WHERE YOU NEED THEM Draw around an area to hide it. Move and resize the box on the video, then drag the timeline handles to set its start and end times. Zoom in on short ranges for precise trimming. Tracking can follow a moving subject. REVIEW THE RESULT Change playback speed while reviewing. Press and hold to compare with the original. Undo edits or adjust the mosaic, solid fill, and coverage. Preview speed does not change the saved video. ON-DEVICE PROCESSING Your videos are not uploaded to an analysis server. No account is required. The original video stays unchanged. SAVE AND SHARE • Export up to 1080p • Keep or mute audio • Resume a saved project • No ads or watermarks • Japanese and English FREE AND PRO Save videos up to 15 seconds for free. Import, edit, and review longer videos before purchasing. Saving videos over 15 seconds requires Kakusu Pro, a one-time purchase with no subscription. Use Restore Purchases to recover an existing purchase. BEFORE YOU SHARE Automatic detection and tracking can miss faces or lose their position, especially with profiles, small faces, low light, or fast motion. Review the entire video and add or adjust masks as needed. Text, license plates, and voices are not hidden automatically. Longer videos need more processing time and available storage.
