Utter rubbish
This website is utter rubbish . Possibly understandable since it’s been developed and Kirklees council have sanctioned its roll out
Still no Apple Pay 7years on…
I use this app to make court bookings.
It never retains payment details which means typing out card details every time... It badly needs Apple Pay or a way to retain details.
Should also be able to store the member card in Wallet so you don’t have to worry if you have forgotten your card.

Not an app!
This is probably one of the worse apps o have seen. Has a developer tried to use this as a new customer - I gave up!

I have been a member for over two years, but suddenly I am unable to access the app to book a swim session

No option to create an account so this means I’m unable to make any bookings. Useless

Worst app in the world
Utter mess of an app. Surprised anyone actually joins the gym. I have been trying for nearly a day to sign up for the gym with this software useless.

Decent App - Please add KAL Card to scan
The App is quite good and works well, a suggestion for a major improvement would be to add the option for the KAL member card or flexi card to be in the App to scan on entry. Appreciate this could be scammer dependent but it would save time for users and staff when members have forgotten a card. Plus the App should recognise if you are a current member prior to the respective centre homepages as currently it tells everyone about the membership offers, not great if you are already a member.

The app doesn’t act intuitively, I have a membership card and it will not let me log on
Laborious Booking Process
As a member of KAL I’d have expected a smoother more intuitive booking process. If I want to make multiple bookings I have to input my card details each time. The app is decent but booking poor.

I took two visits to speak to eiger to please staff limited in their efforts by the tools provided.
I appreciate this time of year is very busy, however this is not the first time Ive dealt with this.
So these “failings” that I see havent been sorted.
Four days later . It appears after 3 emails that I now am a paying member.
Concerned paying member.

Terrible app and website
It’s practically impossible to book anything using the app or website

Excited new member
The place is bright clean & fresh, lots of classes, lots of gym equipment, two great pools and even a nice cafe onsite. All the staff were friendly & helpful, special shout out to the lovely Lady that showed us around. Booking classes was easy on the app I am buzzing to try the two classes I have book for tomorrow. 10/10
