Love this app!
I love that they have their very own app, it makes me so much more inclined to use my rewards and remember that I have them, remember my log-in, etc. Ordering in the app is super easy, and it even lets you know if the location you’re ordering from is inside a different building (hospital, university, etc) which is so helpful! Love the drinks, the food, the app, and the people!

I am due at least 100 rewards however every time I try to set up my app I get so frustrated I stop trying. Links don’t work, it stops in the middle of setting up and flips back to login and after I finally got it done and placed an order it stalled again

Terrible UI, no Apple Pay integration
This is a terrible ordering experience, the UI is not intuitive, and no Apple Pay integration is a huge pain point. Manually entering credit card information is bad enough when the form is not set up properly so the billing and card details can’t be autofilled efficiently. These are VERY simple things to do, and would make using this app much easier. This app gives off the vibe of an offering in order to check a box and not actually provide a good experience for customers.

Love Kaldi, not only for their coffee but they have yummy warm sandwiches and the most helpful & wonderfully trained staff.
Clunky App - Outdated
The hardest way to order a coffee in 2025! I sign in with Apple but no Apple pay. Thirty minute lead time yet they prioritize forcing app install and trying to push marketing while I’m hand typing my debit card number and home address. Try harder to take my money! Please don’t make me work this hard to buy from you! I gave up. Web ordering was so much better.
