I love kale!
Kale has given me that push to jump into the content creator world. Its such an easy to navigate application and helps you understand how this nee job field works. I love that it is so easy to transfer your money into your bank account or a gift card.
Great Experience So Far!
My experience with Kale has been really good so far! I love that it gives creators the opportunity to earn money doing something they enjoy. The app is easy to use, and I’ve already earned my first rewards. I just requested my first withdrawal, and the process was simple. I wish there were no withdrawal fees, but overall, I’m happy with my experience and excited to keep growing as a content creator!

Not a good app
Low payouts and suspended my account. Have not deleted my account and have all my information still connected to my previous account!

Great beofre not so much anymore
I think kale got too big and now they charge fees for bank transfers, which they previously didn't. Also it's almost impossible to get spots in challenges. The payouts feel smaller for the amount of views as well. Just lots of change that makes it feel less worth it as a creator.
Support service trash
I’ve tried to reach out to support because they say I duplicate my account because I changed my phone number so I ask them for help no one helps me they just gaslight me like if it was my fault ! So they don’t help you. Recover the account don’t bother to try to delet your account because the app doesn’t even let you do it. So
This app is trash and support system to. It used to be good they used to help but they don’t anymore or they even ignore me I can’t delete my account it’s been like 1 or 2 years since that happen they haven’t help me recover my account

Account services is the worst
I posted a video for a campaign and my TikTok account was banned shortly after for reasons I am unsure of as to my knowledge I didn’t not violate any of TikTok’s community guidelines. Because of this, kale banned me from the creator program and I reached out to let them know the situation that the removal of the video was not my fault and I had no way to get it back. They didn’t care and told me that it doesn’t matter that I had no control over my account being suspended and refused to reinstate me. Made me really sad because I upheld my commitment for every video I posted and the one time it was removed beyond my control, they banned me and refused to let me back. Truly unfair as I had no control over the situation and I was never able to get my account back.
