Some critical bugs
I was able to browse the menu and add items to my cart without issues, but when I proceeded to checkout there were a few bugs & flaws. 1) Forgot Password option on the login page doesn’t work - when clicked nothing happens, 2) Autofill doesn’t work for name, phone, and email when creating a new account and the create account page also doesn’t recognize password managers like 1Password so it requires manual entry by users which adds friction to the account creation experience, 3) there’s no continue as guest option (should always exist imo), 4) it’s possible to enter text instead of numerical data in the phone number field and when this happens the user is unable to delete the text string to type in a number - the text string persists and backspacing has no effect. Because of these issues I never actually made it past the account part on to the payment part so I have no idea if Apple Pay is an option but it should be. Ended up exiting the app and just ordering on the Chick-fil-a app instead

Payment Storage is Awful
App is good when it works properly though lately it is CONSTANTLY giving me an error about my payment then asks to re-enter payment info. After completing that another error pops up that says Something went wrong, Oder already submitted, try again later though no order was actually submitted. Frustrating when you’re on the go and would like to rely on an app that’s continually failing.

They have great smoothies, and I love love love their energy bites. So healthy! And now they’ve added wonderful coffee lattes… Very healthy

Works ok most of the time. If you are on a call the buttons get hidden below and there’s no way to order unless you hang up the call.

Love KMC but this app doesn’t work. Crashes every time I try to complete the order.
Won't let me order
It would not log into my Facebook and when I tried to create a chow now account kept telling me I had the incorrect password even though I was trying to create a password. Would be a cool app if it actually worked!
