You disable the app if local network is not enabled, why on earth would you need that enabled to function ???DELETE
Bad design
Ugh. Just like the Strato V UI. Where are my movies on the main UI! We want 1. Our library and 2. The store. Why is the my movies not front and center. This sucks like the Strato v ui which in ready to play shows downloaded and WRONGLY the store instead of My Movies. Just wrong when there is an entire dedicated store tile. This is due to their not engaging with customers and keeping the legacy Terra server mindset. Please fix this and the Strato v UI. My movies!

Perfect companion
The app is a great companion and really completes the Kaleidescape Experience. Use the app to browse the store, create a wish list, choose a movie to watch, and start your download (if needed) and by the time everyone is situated and has snacks and comfy pants, the movie is ready to rock.

I can afford movies here but I can’t buy one these because I’m poor but I want to buy my favorite film on here for $36 which I have the money for Plse let there be a registration system without getting one of these systems or if there is registration system that works...

Great app for viewing and managing movies on your Kaleidescape system! The software remote works really well for controlling the player too. One change I would like, is to be able to see the download size for movies within the app itself, similar to how you can see the download sizes from the web store.

Nowhere in the description of this app does it explain you must have a player to utilize the app! (1 star is generous)

Hello Ginny, Kaleidescape’s movie downloads are only playable on Kaleidescape players, so the account is created when registering the system. There is no way to create an account without the system. We apologize for any confusion.

Was brilliant in the beta, such a useful app & so good not to have to rely on the iPad app only. Speech search & more granular filters next please :-)
