Don’t buy from them! Keeps money that doesn’t belong to them!
I refused an order that was returned back to them. They confirmed on messenger they got it but won’t issue me a refund for $47. I purchased the exact same order on their TikTok for 1/2 price of their web store. Requested they cancel their WEB ORDER before it even shipped but they never replied. Customer service doesn’t exist. I’ve disputed with my credit card company and provided the proof it’s in their possession by the USPS tracking. Take your business elsewhere. Reporting to BBB and everywhere else I can. Would leave 0 stars as they don’t even deserve 1. Karma, sweetie, karma! This isn’t TikToks fault, as you’re trying to blame. Your the one with your items back in hand and keeping my money.
