Bus system great. App functionality completey unreliable .
Unlike nearly any app in modern times, this app randomly and when you need it most will say
“this is taking longer than usual, please be patient” for any amount of time.
Which means, the busses go by as you’re sitting there waiting for an app to simply load. Internet speeds are fine, other apps will load with zero issues. Just this one. It’s as if they’re loading the entire bus schedules for the foreseeable future upfront instead of letting you search for the routes. Can’t see any other way to explain it. It’s like waiting 5 minutiae just to go load the Google.com homepage and then be able to search what you need.
Of course once you’re in the app, you still have to wait for it to search for the route you need, which is understandable because you are searching for something specific. Yet for some reason, you have to wait to even get to the search menu.
Finicky and unreliable for no reason, seems poorly programmed. However when it works it’s fine.
