Very Poor on iPhone or iPad
App will freeze, crash, or audio will just drop.
Extremely buggy on ios
Might be usable on laptop but extremely buggy on ios. It disconnects and reconnects your airpods when you try to use it on the ipad and sometimes kicks you off.

This app doesnt work. With all the money they get and the fact that they focus on video learning you would think they would have a better software but it is useless.
terrible app
it keeps disconnecting me from my class. it’s so frustrating that I eventually give up trying and sometimes this is the only way I can get into class so my attendance score suffers

When trying to open some other apps, this one comes up to the screen at the same time, disrupting what I'm trying to do there.

Worst app ever
I don’t know why my university who I paid a lot of money for, decided to use such bad app, everytime a poll pop up, I won’t be able to see the screen. I hope the developer will never get a job in any other companies,
Useless app, terrible experience.
Consistently does not work, video never displays, audio doesnt always connect, if lucky you have to disconnect repeatedly and reconnect in hopes of getting video. This is a meeting app and it is utterly unacceptable for it not to work so basically when businesses and schools rely on this for important timely meetings. Shame on the developers.

Constantly closes
Terrible app, it constantly closes when trying to join a session, when you do get in the session you will usually have no audio or the app will close it self in a couple seconds. I literally would never recommend this app to any one, please save your self the headache and go with a better video conferencing app.

Fundamentally flawed app
This entire app is a absolute mess, controls are unintuitive and hardly work. Connection randomly breaks and audio is constantly cutting in and out.

I was in online class and suddenly I kicked off and it happened 2 times in 20 min the class was 2 hours so you can calculate how many times in kicked off, too many times so please.
Developers who working pls take that on first priority and fix that, the rest of the app looks good.

Screen Share Issue
A issue that needs immediate attention by the developers is that mobile users cannot see the presenter’s screen if they join the session after the screen share is in progress. This means the presenter must end the screen share then restart every time a new mobile user joins.
Simply doesn’t work
It does not connect me to my meetings at all. It just doesn’t work. And I can’t use Newrow on my browsers anymore either so I can’t use my phone and am completely limited to my computer.
Terrible Training Application
The iPad and iPhone application is pretty useless. You can only hear or see people but no share screen or quiz mode. It’s also choppy and unresponsive. Delayed response to any button. Not sure why even bother to have an app when it’s not usually for training platform.
Horrible, just crashes
Forced to use this app for school meeting sessions but can never ever join a session. Just freezes and crashes 100% of the time.
