Worst experience -Total waste of money
I took the Assisted Service package from Kalyan Matrimony, and it has been a nightmare. Before I made the payment, their team used to call me daily. However, the moment the payment was done, their attitude completely changed, and there has been no proper response since.
My assigned service assistant never picks up my calls or bothers to call back. When I escalated the issue to their manager, I got a robotic, scripted reply saying, "Sir, they are on leave today and will contact you soon."
From what I understand, they simply don't have enough profiles in their database, which is why they are dodging clients after taking their money. Paying them is a complete loss. Please rethink and avoid them before making any payment.
