I used the app for the first time this week to pre book a taxi ride after work

Poor
The app is generally poor, but the service more so. I don’t think I have ever been able to use it where I don’t get a quick follow up text telling me they can’t honour the journey. I wish Smartcars were still operating in Stafford.
No longer works
I used this app religiously for quite a while and it was fab! A few months ago, however, the app asked me to log in again, so I tried to. It accepts my login details then asks me to enter a code sent via SMS. No matter how quickly I put this code in, I always get an error message saying that the code has expired. Such a shame as I loved this app but no matter what I do I cannot get it to accept the code.

Needs iPhone X Support
It’s a really good app, but it needs iPhone X support, I’ve had the iPhone X for a couple of months now and this is one of only a couple of apps that don’t have X support yet.
Also would be better if it supported payment with card or Apple Pay!!!

Honestly iCabbi is a very poor system. The addresses are wrong (most Stafford locations show as Stoke), the UI is horrible, half the time it won't load recent locations or even search for a location.
