About

An app for garment manufacturers to defend their margins. Not an ERP. One thing: Profit Margin. Every number measured, never estimated. Lot 47 closes at Rs 41.20 a piece: the fabric weighed at cutting, the cutting payout, the stitching bill and the trims issued, divided by the first-quality pieces. Money stuck at vendors, in days. Lot 52, 18 days at the stitching vendor. Every vendor holding your work, how much and for how long. Ask your factory and it answers. Which lot is late? What did lot 52 cost a piece? The answer comes from your own entries. Staff enter on the floor, on a phone or a laptop. The owner sees it live, and only the owner sees the money. Every factory that subscribes has its own account manager, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 18:00 IST. Most requests are answered within 24 to 48 hours. The factory you set out to build.

Plan a lot before it starts. Enter planned pieces, sizes, colours and the delivery date, save the plan, and start production when the work begins. A style's stage template and trims come with it. Woven on par with knit. Woven fabric counts in metres and knit in kilos on every screen, from receipt to cutting to cost, and weaving records metres per kilo of yarn. Bill basis at every receive. Say whether the vendor billed on pieces sent or pieces received; enter the bill or the rate, and the other fills in on that count. Rejected pieces at every stage, kept apart from short ones, so a vendor's count reads true. Days at every vendor. Every lot and fabric run card shows how long the work has been at its vendor, and the detail shows each stage's days out and how many days after cutting it went. Fabric runs close like lots. Everything a run made, every colour from every dyeing batch, goes into stock at its true cost. Colours and sizes, one standard. Each colour's stock shows beside its cutting box; size lines pick from the lot's own sizes. Notifications. A bell lists missed deadlines, findings and closed lots, and each comes by email and to your phone; switch any off in Account. Fabric receipts take rolls and a GSM for each colour. Material sent with a stage is recorded with it, and end bits are counted at cutting. Samples have their own tab in Production. The audit trail shows who entered what, and when. Up to five staff logins per factory. Sign in with Google or Apple.
