Connectivity problem.

I ordered 20 Kamonk smart switches but 50% of them are losing WiFi connectivity in 5 mins of connecting them. I would say a bad quality products as
Half of the switches are giving trouble.

Poor support from Customer care on the Alexa feature they said that it will be working again from November 1st week and still not working now (December second week)

Worst product

Worst product…few of the switches started losing its connectivity with the wifi since the very beginning month itself…on complaining about the same, I was told to send them for repairing and i was asked to keep 2 or 3 switches in buffer (maybe because they know that they are selling cheap products and problem is going to occur)…one of the switch has even stopped showing the switched off light…all of this has happened while just using them for barely a few months…DO NOT BUY
